William Toliver

William Toliver, Jr., 85, of Texas City, Texas passed away Sunday, April 14th, 2013 in Texas City.

Services will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 2:00 P.M., at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City with Hector Rodriquez officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas. Visitation will be Tuesday April 16th, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

He was born on June 23, 1927 in Plainview, Texas. William was a veteran and served in the United States Marines. He retired from Don Love REFCHEM as a safety coordinator.

William Toliver is preceded in death by his parents W.M. and Nannie Toliver, and two brothers Paul and Thomas Toliver.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbara Toliver sons William Toliver III and wife Jana, Randy Key, and Charles Key daughters Candice Babcock, Deborah Cotter and husband Gary, Pam Cox and husband Larry and sister Dorothy Jo Hill 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
