William Clark

William "Bill" Joseph Clark, 90, of Texas City, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Friend Haven Rehab.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home. A private burial will follow at a later time. Visitation will be at 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Bill Clark was born September 19, 1927 in Greenville, North Carolina to the parents of Frank and Kellie Clark. He grew up with his beloved older sister, Evelyn and was later joined by brothers, Haul and Wayne and then the baby, Marlene. Through the years he joined the Merchant Marines and then working successfully as a truck driver. His early Christian upbringing served him well.

Left to cherish his life is brother, Wayne Clark of Greenville, North Carolina; sister, Marlene Clark Goodall of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and especially his church family and devoted caregiver and friend Patti Pollock.
