William Brooks

William Gregory Greg Brooks, 52, of Texas City, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012, after a long battle with cancer.

Greg was born March 14, 1960 in Lawton, Ok. He was a commercial fisherman by trade.

He is preceded in death by his father Bobby Joe and mother Billie Ruth Brooks.

Survivors include his wife Dora Gastian Brooks his daughter Noel Hickman and grandson Ayden Blake Hickman his stepdaughter Rena Mills and husband Mike stepson Eddie Morris and wife Angie his brother Steve Brooks and wife Carolyn of San Leon his sisters Tresa Vaughn of Bacliff and Gail Stefani Brown of Marshall, TX stepgrandsons Lane and Logan Morris stepgranddaughter Brianna Dawson special niece Brandi Dell Brooks of Bacliff and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
