VERNICE GARRETT

Vernice Garrett, 74, of Texas City, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014, in Texas City.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M Wednesday., December 10, 2014 at the EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City. Burial will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 122:00 P.M. at EmkenLinton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Garrett was born March 29, 1940 in Sulphur, Louisiana. She was an optician and was very active in the First Baptist Church in Texas City, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Pearl Pritchard and sister, Carol Martin.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph son Mark and wife, Karen and brother, Terry Pritchard.
