Stefany Montes

Stefany Lynne Montes of La Marque, Texas passed away July 16, 2015. Lynne was born October 6, 1961 to Jerald Archer and Shirley Popham in Texas City.
Lynne graduated from Texas City High School and later received an Associate Degree at College of the Mainland. She served in the Army and later moved to California where she met her husband, Joe Montes.
They moved back to Texas City/La Marque area where they have resided until the present time.

She is preceded in death by her farther, Jerald Archer and her brother, Jerry Archer.

Lynne is survived by her husband, Joe Montes; daughters, Jolene May and Pamelyn Montes; mother, Shirley Popham and husband Mel; sister, Pamela Elliott; nephew, Steve Elliot and wife Tara and daughters Madeleine and Sophia; niece, Jennifer Rouse and husband Ron and children Alysa and Ronnie.

Lynne loved her girls with her whole heart. Nothing fazed her when needed, and she was always there for them. Her mother was her best friend and she will be missed for her ready smile and sweet loving ways. She will be missed by many friends.
