Sofi Reyes

Sofi Reyes, 77, of Texas City, was surrounded with family upon her homecoming on October 30, 2022.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2022, at St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal in Texas City, TX. The service will be streamed live at St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal Texas City Youtube page.

Sofi was born in Marsella, Colombia on June 4, 1945, raised in Cali, Colombia until she moved to Brooklyn, NY where she met her husband of 48 years. Sofi worked as a housekeeper for 15 years until she retired from Carolton Hospital in Connecticut. Sofi dedicated her life to be a great wife, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother to her family.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Luis Enrique Zuluaga and Ester S. France.

Survivors are devoted husband, Diego Reyes Sr.; son, Diego Reyes Jr and his wife, Maria Cristina Reyes; daughter, Olivia Reyes; and her grandchildren, Diego Reyes III, Christian Osiel Reyes, Sofia Marie Reyes, and Isabella Reyes.
