Muriel Galley

Muriel E. Galley, 86 passed from this life into Heaven, Friday, July 20, 2012.

She was born on May 18, 1926 in Sydney, Maine to James and Violet P. Williams.

Muriel attended the Colburn Classical Institute in Waterville, ME. She was the wife of an American Veteran and traveled with her husband across the United States working for the Civil Service Camps. She worked at American Canning in Portland, ME and attended The Advent Christian Church in Lower Village.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert A. Galley and her first son Robert Galley Jr.

Survivors include her two sisters Marion Nealy and Hazel Rubito of Florida her two daughters Mrs. Violet M. Olivares and husband Humberto of Texas, and Mrs. Evelyn Skillings of Maine her two sons Roger L. Galley and wife Debra of Vermont and Roy Q. Galley of Maine numerous Grandchildren, Greatgrandchildren and Greatgreat Grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Augusta, Maine.
