MILDRED W. PARKER

Mildred W. Parker, 94, of Dickinson, Texas went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 3, 2014.

A visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2014 at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas. The funeral service and entombment will be 12:30 p.m.,Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in Abbey Mausoleum, Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, Alabama.

Mrs. Parker is preceded in death by her husband, Homer E. Parker of Dickinson, Texas parents, R. L. and Nannye Watters of Birmingham, Alabama and brother, Bob Watters of Rogersville, Alabama.

Survivors include son, Don Parker and wife, Ann of Cumming, Georgia daughter, Nannette McBrayer and husband, Doug of Dickinson, Texas 6 grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren, 1 greatgreat grandchild, many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
