Leigh Howerton

Leigh Howerton, 64, a long time Texas City resident, passed away Sunday, May 3,
2015 in Webster, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Emken Linton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2015 at the funeral home.

He was born December 4, 1950 in Austin, Texas to Perry and Kay Howerton.

Leigh is proceeded in death by his parents and his baby sister, Sarah.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jean ( Steele ) Howerton; children, Lori Kelly and husband Chad, Jenny Flowers and husband Steven, Lucas Howerton and wife Maurita; brother, Neal Howerton and wife Natasha; grandchildren, Jakeb, Nora, Darren, Abigail Jean and a granddaughter arriving in July; as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives.
