Kenneth Payne

Kenneth Miles “Ken” Payne, 74, of Texas City, passed away December 14, 2021.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 27, 2021, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be an hour prior, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 27, 2021, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Ken was born August 12, 1947, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  He worked as an operator at Amoco, eventually retiring as dock supervisor. Ken lived in the Philippines for the last seven years with his wife. He proudly served in the United States Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his parents Hendricks Miles Payne and Frances Payne.

Survivors include his wife, Liza Payne; sons William Payne and wife Michelle, Ken Payne and wife Tracy, and Hendricks Payne; grandchildren Piccalo Payne, Madelyn Payne, Charlotte Payne, and Mackenzie Payne.
