LEE WARREN KELLEY

Lee Kelley, 89 years old, a longtime resident of Texas City, Texas, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her daughters home surrounded by her loved ones.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 29, 2014, at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City with Dr. Terry Ray and Don Ray officiating. Burial will follow at HayesGrace Memorial Park in Santa Fe. Visitation will be 6:008:00 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Kelley was born in Poynor, Texas July 16, 1925. She attended La Poynor High School where she was a Drum Major. Lee worked as a Telephone Operator and worked for Ship Service in Texas City. Lee loved bingo and going to Louisiana with her family every year for her birthday.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Knight Kelley son, Glen Kelley, and daughter, Louise Peters.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Martin and husband Donnie, Sandra Stanley, Marcy Ray and husband Don sons, Gary Kelley and wife Vivia, Warren Miller and wife Pat niece Pam Vail and husband Rocky 23 grandchildren 36 greatgrandchildren 17 greatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Daniel Ron Gogle, Mike Gogle, Bryan Kelley, Matthew Kelley, Jeremy Kelley, Doug Ray, Kalon Miller, Josh Martin, and Glen Kelley.

Honorary Pallbearers are Don Ray, Richard Kelley, Carl Allen Peters, Donnie Martin, and Dory Kelley.
