He was born September 29, 1954 In New York, New York to parents, Joseph A Cinanni, Sr. and Jean Andrews. Joseph was a Chef who started out in New York and worked his way to Houston and opened his own restaurant, Joseph's Gulf Coast Grill.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother. Survivors include his loving wife, Sheryl Cinanni; sister, Angela Hewitt and husband Greg and his 2 brothers.
