Jerald Benjamin

Jerald McKee Benji Boy Benjamin, 89, of Stafford, passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 in Sugar Land, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, September 29, at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation will be 5 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, at the funeral home.

Mr. Benjamin was born June 23, 1922 in Bicknell, Indiana. He was retired from Union Carbide. He proudly served his country during World War II in the U. S. Navy.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Carl Benjamin and Paul Benjamin.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jacqueline Benjamin, of Stafford daughter Jackie Moody and husband Jonathan of Needville sister Nina Rose Roll of Ohio numerous other relatives and friends.
