Jason Jones

It is with great sadness that the family of Jason Garrette Jones announces his sudden passing on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Jason was only 22 years of age when he was taken away from us as a result of a tragic Motocross accident.

Jason was born November 19, 1995 in Pasadena, TX. He graduated in 2014 from Waller High school and was currently residing in Pearland, Texas. After high school, Jason proudly served his country as an Intelligence Specialist for the 7th Calvary Regiment in the United States Army at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. Like many, Jason had numerous hobbies. He was an avid motocross rider, great dancer and outstanding musician who loved to sing and play the guitar. Jason was also known by many as a member of a local Mustang Club, "SHIFT FACE" where he proudly displayed his 2016 "Project NALA" Mustang.

Most importantly, Jason will be remembered by the many lives he touched. He was a kind and genuine person who always put a smile on the faces of the people he met. A loving husband, father, son, brother, grandson and son-in-law, Jason will be missed by all who knew and loved him especially his beautiful and loving wife, Lisa Jones; his two month old daughter, Avery Jones and his five year old son, Gavin Driver-Jones; his mother, Derinna Jones; father, Reggie Jones and wife, Lisa; father, Ronald Garza; his brothers, Corey Jones and wife Jenny, Michael Jones, Brandon Alexander and wife, Sophie; sister, Jessica Lofton; grandparents, Jeff and Janet Fleming, Robert Youngblood, Mickie Jones and Doris Curtis; Aunt Brenda; Uncle Chris; Cousins, Christian, Jaxon, Cameron, Carson, Brayden, Bryleigh, Charli, Cannon, Anse and Henry; mothers-in-law, Vicky Abshire and Ellen Drees; fathers-in-law, Tony Abshire and Tommy Drees; sister in laws, Jessica Davis, Reba Applegate, Lauren Drees and Shelby Abshire. as well as extended family and friends. Your memories and love are in our hearts forever and always. Jason is preceded in death by his Pawpaw, Reggie Lynn Jones, Sr.

He will be truly missed by his loving Wife and Mother.
