JAMES JIM JENKINS

James Jim Jenkins, 50, of Houston, passed away October 12, 2013 in Webster, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at EmkenLinton Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Mr. Jenkins was born October 23, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Florida and ended up in Texas. He worked in general construction. He enjoyed fishing, scuba diving, boating, playing cards and did volunteer work for the Diabetes Foundation. He was a loving father, husband and friend to all that knew him.

He is preceded in death by his mother Karen Jenkins.

Jim is survived by his wife Tory Jenkins son Justin Jenkins daughters Michelle Corbell, Alexis Richardson, Samantha Jenkins and Sidney Jenkins. He is also survived by his granddaughter Zaida Jenkins grandsons Tryston Corbell and Ayden Stinson. Other survivors include his sister Sondra Babb and niece Amanda Wafer.
