James Hughes Jr

James H. Jaime Hughes, Jr., of Katy, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Houston Hospice.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. Visitation will precede the service at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 8, 2012.

Jaime was born January 11, 1960 in Texas City, TX. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Shirlee Hughes and sister Robin Lynn.

Survivors include his daughter Amy Hughes sisters Renee Harkrider, Rebecca Hayes and Diana Hughes nieces Jennifer Turner, Melody Hayes, Brandi Hayes and Amberlee Smith nephews Jayson Miller, Greg Lynn, Steven Lynn and Andrew Smith greatnieces Kimberly Turner, Kahla Miller, Hallie Dusseau, Angelina Lynn and Cadence Maranjo greatnephews Aaron Roberts and Wesley Miller and numerous other friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030.
