Jack Bailey

Jack R. Bailey, 84, was called to Heaven on March 7, 2017, in Sugar Land, Texas. Jack was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 16, 1933. He was the son of the late Jack Bailey and Maurine (Redick) Bailey.

Jack attended Ponca City High School in Ponca City, OK. He attended Rice University and the University of Houston where he earned his Pharmacy Degree. He owned a prescription shop for several years. He later graduated from South Texas College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. He owned a law practice in Houston, Texas, for over 40 years.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl A. Bailey; his daughter, Maurine Elizabeth Gresso and husband, Steven R. Gresso; his granddaughter, Rae Elizabeth Gresso; and his niece, Vicki Redick.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek, 15015 SW Freeway, Sugar Land, Texas on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
