IGNACIO SAUCEDA

Ignacio Sauceda, 79, of Texas City, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 10:00a.m., Friday, August 22, 2014, at St. Marys of The Miraculous Medal Church in Texas City. Burial will follow at Forest Park East. Visitation will be 57:00p.m., Thursday, August 21, 2014 at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City with a Rosary to follow at 7:00p.m.

Ignacio was born April 26, 1935 in Monterrey, Mexico. He was Heavy Machine Operator for the city and a Welder for Todds Ship Yard. Ignacio retired from the city of Texas City. He was a member of St. Marys of The Miraculous Medal Church.

He is preceded in death by his father Rosalio Sauceda Amaya and his mother Margarita Maldonado Olvera.

Survivors include his loving wife Mary Susie Sauceda children, John Ignacio Sauceda and wife Donnell, Carlos Rene Sauceda, Leticia Sauceda, David Daniel Sauceda and daughterinlaw Marissa motherinlaw, Maria Elena Mares of San Antonio sister, Aurora Sauceda de Gonzalez of Monterrey, Mexico grandchildren, Joshua Sauceda, Destini Sauceda, Sienia Sauceda, Evan Tanner and Richard Salinas brotherinlaws numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are John Sauceda, Carlos Sauceda, David Sauceda, Richard Salinas, Joshua Sauceda and Jose Luis Mares.
