Ida Glenn

Ida M. Glenn, 80, of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2012, at EmkenLinton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2012 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Glenn was born March 28, 1931 in Nederland, Texas. She was a retired nurse.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Mark David Glenn, Scott Wayne Glenn and sister Dorothy Hoke.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, David Wayne Glenn of Santa Fe, Texas daughterinlaw, Lori R. Glenn of Texas City, Texas two brothers, Kenneth Langham and S.B. Langham: six grandchildren, Joshua David Glenn and wife Sherri of Santa Fe, Texas, Dusty Glenn of Texas City, Texas, Nikki Goodwin and husband R.D. of Zavalla, TX, Steven P. Oliver and wife Samantha of Texas City, Texas, Johnathon M. Oliver of Galveston, Texas and Christopher J. Oliver of Texas City, Texas three great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
