God took another angel home Sunday, September 21 at Kindred hospital with his family by his side.

Gary was born April 4, 1942 in Houston, TX. to Carl and Dolly Richardson. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in California til being honorably discharged.

Gary loved to hunt and fish with the guys and all the grandchildren. He spent a lot of time with the family.

Gary is survived by his wife, Deborah Gatlin children, Gary H. Richardson, Jr., Ricky D. Gatlin, Jr., Trina A. Williams, Tonya Laymance 11 grandchildren, Jesse, Regina, Jacob, Kayli, Lindsey, Madison, Brook, Payton, Paige, Trey and Jake greatgrandchildren, Leighton, papas little man, Bray brother, Ivan Richardson sisters, Barbara, Pat, Janice and Jeanette.

He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Dolly Richardson daughter, Marlana Richardson sisters, Darla Gaither, Debbie Hoyt, Earline Steward brother, Chester Richardson.

Funeral will be held at EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City, Saturday, September 27, 2014 for family at 2:00 p.m. For family and friends at 3:00 p.m. Services will be held at 4:00 p.m.
