FRANCES JASSO ESCAMILLA
Frances Jasso Escamilla, 89, a longtime resident of Texas City passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at her residence in Dickinson, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 29, 2015 at St. Mary of the Miraculous Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Escamilla was born July 24, 1925 in Texas City, Texas. She was retired from TCISD as a cafeteria manager. She was a HOST volunteer for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Escamilla; her daughter, Anita Escamilla Webb as well as four sisters and one brother. She will forever be remembered for the love and support she shared with her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Eva Narvaez and husband Robert, Maria Lopez and husband Richard, Frank Escamilla and wife Jeanie and Iris Smith and husband Dennis: her sister, Guadalupe Chapa; her grandchildren, Christina Williams and husband Russell, Eric Narvaez and wife Kerryanne, Michael Lopez and wife Toni, James Lopez, Dionna Lopez, Tonya Huggins, Kim Clark, Lauren Loebig and husband Scott, Lindsay Duncan and husband Matt and Lacy Smith; her great grandchildren, Trevor Davenport, Blake Davenport, Gabrielle Narvaez, Evan Narvaez, Sarah Lopez, Brian Lopez, Donny Tull, Von Hall, Jazamine Walker, Jessica Clark, Jamie Clark, Jenna Clark, Logan Loebig, Maya Loebig, Ava Duncan and Will Duncan, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
