Denise Raymonde Jones

Denise Raymonde Jones, 97, of Texas City, Texas passed away Friday, May 31, 2024, at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Brenham, Texas.

Per Mrs. Jones wishes there will be no funeral services or visitation. Her wishes were that half of her ashes will be placed with her deceased husband at his gravesite and half of her ashes returned to her homeland, Avignon, France.

Denise was born on June 27, 1926 in Avignon, France. She was retired from Lipton Tea Company and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by husband Calvin Lee Jones; granddaughter Renee Allison; son Mark Mundell; stepdaughter Trudy Jones.

She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Allen; stepson, Calvin Lee Jones, Jr. (Bud), stepdaughters, Celine Jones Rodriquez and Debbie Jones Vassallo and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
