Dave Clark Sinquefield 47, of Texas City, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016 at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2016 and a visitation at 1:00 p.m., Friday at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.
Dave Sinquefield was born July 30, 1968 in Key West Florida. His favorite pastime was being the grill master of the family but had many other hobbies which included restoring old/classic cars, hunting and watching Nascar. His number one favorite driver was Jimmy Johnson. His greatest joy was to be surrounded by family and friends. Every Sunday was the gathering day where he and his wife, Hope loved to cook for and entertain everyone. Dave greatly enjoyed the times he had with his son playing darts and his father playing chess and the times he spend with his forever little girl Brandi.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Miriam and Marvin Sinquefield, William and Mattie Daugherty and brother, Richard A. Pierce.
Survivors include his father, David H. Sinquefield and mother, Della Warren and husband Larry; his loving wife, Hope Sinquefield; daughter, Brandie Sullivan and husband Jarrett; son, David Sinquefield and fiancé Whitney; grandson, Carter Sullivan; step daughter, Jessica Powers and husband Trevor and step son, James Royce; sisters, Charlotte DelGaicco and Sherry Capps-Smith and husband Kage; brother, Brian David Pierce and Debbie; nieces and nephews, John, Jerry, Dominic, Anthony, Phillip, Ashley and Amber.
