Daphyn Gindratt

Daphyn Gindratt, 70, of Texas City went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 16th, 2015. She was born May 1, 1945 in Aurora, Missouri. Daphyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and educator.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Gindratt; son, Todd Alford, daughter, Lauren and husband Andy Sharp; grandson, Colt Sharp; granddaughter, Lindsey Witt; sister, Cynthia and husband Ed Freeman; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
Daphyn is proceeded in death by her parents Paul and Virginia Bond, first husband Dan Alford and son Charlie Gindratt.

Public visitation will be from 5PM until 7PM Thursday, Nov. 19th at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F Lowry Expressway, Texas City. Funeral services will be held 10AM Friday, Nov. 20th at St. John's United Methodist Church, 8200 25th Ave N, Texas City, with burial to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
