Christopher Stone

Christopher Harris Stone, 51, of League City, TX, went to be with the
Lord on October 21, 2017 in the hospital in Webster, TX, after suffering from a brain injury.

Visitation will be held 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home, 5100 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, Texas City, TX 77591. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Clear Lake United Methodist Church on 16335 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77062.


Chris was born on September 20, 1966 in El Paso, TX. He grew up and graduated from high school in Hubbard, TX. He graduated from college from U of H Clear Lake and met his wife shortly afterwards through mutual friends. They had two beautiful daughters, Lauryn and Lyla, who were the light of his life. Chris was a successful sales representative, working for Ben E. Keith Co.

Chris' survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Holli Stone, and daughter's Lauryn (15) and Lyla (11); father, Calvin Stone; mother, Brenda Sims; brother, Randy Stone and wife Aileen, and their children Rick and Allyssa; brother, Steven Stone; brother, Scott Stone and wife Sarah, and their children Priscilla and Hannah.

Chris will always be remembered as a good man with a heart of gold who lived a full and happy life. His humor, generosity and care for others will be truly missed.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Chris' daughter's 529 college fund.

Payments can be made to either Lauryn or Lyla Stone and will be transferred to their 529 college plan.
