Charles Moseley

C.F. Chuck Moseley, 83 of Texas City, TX passed away on April 29, 2012 at Mainland Medical Center Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Ora of 63 years son Robert Moseley and daughter B.J. Moseley of Texas City sister Loretta Ross of Tennessee and numerous family and friends.

Chuck was born on March 31, 1929 in Point Texas. He was employed by Monsanto Chemical for 36 years. He was a 50 year member of AF AM Lodge and El Mina Shrine. He was past President of Texas State Motor Patrol, Bay Area Shrine, El Mina Motor Patrol, El Mina 4 Wheelers, El Mina Roadrunners, Scottish Rite and many appointments in El Mina Shrine. He volunteered for 35 years for Shriners Hospital Transportation Corps and was a director for many years. His passion for helping others was a big part of his life. Transporting the burned patients to Galveston for treatment was a pleasure for him. He was very active with the Demolays and served as chapter dad and Governor. He also served in the United States Marine Corp.

Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday May 2, 2012 with a Memorial Masonic Service to follow at 5:00 P.M. Burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to El Mina Shrine Transportation Corps at 3915 Cornell Park Ct, Houston, TX 77058, or a charity of your choice.
