Cecil Patterson

Cecil Douglas Patterson, 80, of Pearland, Texas, passed away Friday, September 17, 2021, at his residence.

A Memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas. Visitation will be an hour prior from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Cecil was born December 10, 1940, in Phoenix, Arizona to Raymond Dudley Patterson and Marguerite Anderson Patterson.  He was retired military, proudly serving 25 years in the Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Marguerite Patterson and two brothers, Raymond Dudley Patterson Jr. and James Darwin Patterson.

Survivors include his wife, Lena Maye McCarty Patterson, his children, Cecil Wayne Patterson and Dawn Elaine Patterson Spencer, his grandchildren, Cassandra Patterson Ryan (Greg), Michael Bradshaw Jr. (Mara), Robert Bradshaw (Micha), Samantha Spencer Engel (Danni) and Garrett Henderson. Great grandchildren are Sophia Ryan, Lennox Ryan and Thomas Bradshaw.
