Carrie Fritch

Carrie Fritch, 83, of Texas City passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at St. Johns Hospital in Nassau Bay.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013 at EmkenLinton Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park East. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Fritch was born January 31, 1930 in Monticello, Mississippi. She was retired from College of the Mainland and was a member of Mainland Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, William O. Bill Fritch her son, B.W. Fritch and wife Tina her grandsons, Christopher Wayne Fritch and wife Amy and Aaron Michael Fritch and wife Amanda great grandchildren, Brayden and Addy Fritch a brother, Louis Brown and wife Mary Ruth one sister, Francis Mizell and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Fritch wanted to wish her loving family and friends much happiness and good health until we are together again.

The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Dr. Gill, Dr. Pro and Dr. Kovich and all the nurses at M.D. Anderson Bay Area and all of her loving family and friends for their tremendous support during Carries 12 years with cancer.
