Carlos Contella

Carlos Contella, 77, of Galveston, entered the Gates of Heaven on February 17, 2018.

Carlos was born February 20, 1940 in Dallas, Texas. He was a very generous and loving person. He enjoyed watching cooking shows and cooking for his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nelle and Charles Contella; brother, Charles Ray Contella.

Survivors include brother, Phillip Terry Contella; daughter, Kimberly Reyes and husband Rick; son, Kelly Contella and wife Norma; three grandchildren, Melissa Silva, Kandis Gonzales and Kelly Contella, Jr., two great grandchildren, Rianna Silva, Preston Silva and many other relatives and friends.

Service for Carlos will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. Family visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. friends at 5:00 p.m. and service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
