Byron Rhoades Jr.

Byron F. Rhoades, Jr., 48, of Texas City, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012, at his residence.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 19, 2012, at Texas City Missionary Baptist Church, 2402 32nd Ave N., Texas City, Texas . Arrangements are entrusted to EmkenLinton Funeral Home in Texas City.

Byron was born July 3, 1964 in Austin, Texas to parents Dusty and Inez Rhoades. He was the chief maintenance supervisor for Hilton Hotel in Galveston, Texas. Byron was an avid musician who was a drummer and vocalist. He loved riding his motorcycle and his kitty Catbaby.

He is preceded in death by his father Dusty Rhoades and brother Roger Eisenbeck, Sr.

Survivors include his mother Inez Rhoades Bertsch of Texas City son Kristopher Dustin Rhoades of Jophlin, Missouri sisterinlaw Nelda Eisenbeck of Austin, Texas nephews Roger Eisenbeck, Jr. of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Jeffrey Bullard of Austin, TX, and Sean Taylor of Lockhart, TX very special niece Nicole Nicki Taylor of Santa Barbara, CA best friend Alan Jones of Hitchcock, Texas and numerous other friends and relatives.
