Brenda Rohacek

Brenda Jean Rohacek, 75, of Texas City passed peacefully in her home on January 3, 2016 surrounded by her family. Private family services will be held.

Brenda Jean Rohacek was born July 6, 1940, the daughter of Noble and Helen English of Victoria, Texas. Brenda had many hobbies she loved and was a talented artist. Brenda loved working in her yard and spent many a happy moment boating and fishing on Galveston Bay. She was very fond of animals and hated to see any of them suffer. Her dog lucky was always at her side.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Jerry A. Rohacek; two daughters, Cynthia Bailey and husband Allen of Louisiana and Melissa Roberts and husband Raymond of Texas City; siblings, Terry McNamany, George English and Melinda English; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Thank you to all that helped mom pass peacefully.
