Billy Calhoun

Billy Wayne Calhoun passed away on Tuesday December 13, 2016 at Mainland Medical Center, with his loving daughter by his side.

Memorial services for family and friends will take place at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

He was born October 6, 1945 in Saline, Louisiana. An U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. A longtime member and Master Mason of Masonic Lodge A.F.& A.M. La Porte, TX No. 857. Billy worked and retired from Lyondell Basell Chemical in Pasadena, TX. An avid Golfer as well as a good friend to his fellow veterans. Bill was known for driving them frequently to the VA.

He is preceded in death by his mother Audrey Lou Calhoun, father DeLane Calhoun and sister Geraldine Stevenson.

Billy is survived by his daughter Kimberly Dawn Brown, his two Grandsons Tyler Brown and Cameron Brown, Brothers Jimmy Calhoun and wife Joanie, David Calhoun and wife Sherry. He has four nieces, two great nieces and one great nephew.
