Billie Moseley

Billie Jo Moseley, 62, of Texas City, passed away on Sunday March 5, 2017 at The Rio at Mainland Center.

Billie Jo was born November 6, 1954 in Waco, McLennan County, TX. She lived in Texas City most of her life and was a graduate of Texas City High School. She was a former employee of Dr. Parker in La Marque, TX and enjoyed estate sales, her dogs, fishing and traveling with her family.

She is preceded in death by her father Charley Floyd (Chuck) Moseley and her mother Ora Overman Moseley.

Survivors who live in Texas City include her brother Robert Moseley, her aunt Nora Morris and her cousin David Morris. She has many other relatives around the state and the nation that will miss her greatly.

Donations may be made in the honor of Billie Jo Moseley to El Mina Transportation Corps, 3915 Cornell Park Court, Houston, TX 77058.

Arrangements were handled by Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City and there will be no services per the families wishes.
