ARVIE D. BAKER
Arvie Durwood Baker, 64, of Kemah passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at his residence.
At Arvies request, no services will be held. Please remember him in your own way.
Arvie was born November 9, 1948 in Texas City, Texas. He was a retired pipefitter from Local 211 and a woodworker he enjoyed rebuilding vintage cars and University of Texas Football.
He is preceded in death by his parents James D. Baker and Inez Hallmark Baker.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sherry Baker son, Josh Baker his brothers, J. D. Baker and wife Shirley of Santa Fe, Texas and E. C. Baker and wife, Sue of Santa Fe, Texas his sisters Janet Gray and husband, Revis of Alto, Texas, Dorothy Baker and life partner Katherine Daily of Alburque, New Mexico, and Betty Williams of Santa Fe, Texas.
