Donald Jolly

Donald Jolly went to be with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ on Saturday September 10, 2022. He was born on October 22, 1935 to Fred and Faye Jolly.

Spending time with his family was the most important part of his life. He loved raising cattle and spent the better part of his life doing just that. He loved teaching his kids, grandkids and all their friends how to work cows, ride horses and drive tractors and learning the value of respect and responsibility. He was a member of the painters union local 585 for 45 years.

Donald and his wife Joyce are members of Chocolate Bayou Church in Alvin Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Faye Jolly, his brother Bubby Jolly and his great grandson Cody Hansen. He is survived by wife Joyce Gregory Jolly of 69 years, sister Laura Calderwood, sons Dennis Jolly and wife Lisa, Darryl Jolly and wife Tracie, daughters Brenda Pantalion and husband Mike and Ramona Jolly Laymance.

Grandchildren Clayton and Amiee Hansen, Justin Hansen, Sabrina and Mike Seigle, Rachel Jolly, Nic and Ashley Laymance, Dustin and Alexis Johnson, Joey, Kirsten and Amanda Rudd, Tanner, Austin and Conner, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Pall bearers: Clayton Hansen, Justin Hansen, Nic Laymance, Nathan Johnson, Chris Springer, Joey Rudd, Dustin Johnson and Garrett Kilgore.
